The energetic process begins to unfold from the moment your request is received.
Once your intake form and payment are complete, you’ll receive a personal text from me. Together, we’ll choose a day and a dedicated window of time when the energy of the session will be most potent.
There is no call to join and no need for the receiver of the energy to be available for the entire window. If they feel drawn, they can pause, rest, or consciously tune in and receive. Energy receivers are equally welcome to continue with their day while the energetic work is offered remotely on their behalf.
After the session, I’ll check in with you by text and invite you to share what you noticed, felt or experienced. Shifts may be subtle at first and can continue to deepen and unfold in the days that follow.

ABOUT KARYNNE
I’m an Intuitive Energetic Healer, Oracle, Soul Guide, Master Certified Coach, and Reiki Master Practitioner. I came into this world deeply sensitive and attuned to what many people could not see. For a long time, I tried to shrink that part of myself so I could belong. Through years of healing, sobriety, spiritual study, and working with children and families, I came to understand that my sensitivity was never the problem. It was part of my gift.
For more than three decades, I have devoted my life to deep inner healing, spiritual exploration, and helping sensitive people remember the wholeness already within them.
Today, I support sensitive, highly attuned, neurodivergent, and autistic adults and children—and the families who love them.
