WHAT TO EXPECT
Your energetic process begins to unfold from the moment your request is received.
Once your intake form and payment are complete, you’ll receive a personal text from me. Together, we’ll choose a day and a dedicated window of time when the energy of your session will be most potent.
There is no call to join and no need to be available for the entire window. If you feel drawn, you can pause, rest, or consciously tune in and receive. You are equally welcome to continue with your day while the energetic work is offered remotely on your behalf.
After the session, I’ll check in with you by text and invite you to share what you noticed, felt or experienced. Shifts may be subtle at first and can continue to deepen and unfold in the days that follow.

Think of energy work like sunlight.
A flower does not bloom through force. It opens when it receives the conditions that allow it to flourish.
One intentional session offers a similar kind of gentle support, creating space for greater ease, steadiness, and new possibilities to emerge.

If you’re curious about this work, you’re not alone. Many people arrive feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about the kind of support they need. They simply know they’re ready
for something gentler.
These reflections were shared by clients after their sessions. Each experience is personal, and there is no single way the work must feel or unfold. Their words offer a glimpse of what may be possible.

I can’t imagine not having energy work in my life. It reminds me of who I truly am. I’ve expanded more fully into the woman I am, and having this energy support for my children and grandchild has become an important part of our family’s growth.

Working with Karynne helped me regain my strength and see the many possibilities available to me. During that time, I signed a record deal, embraced major lifestyle changes, and felt mentally stronger than I had in years.

ABOUT KARYNNE
I’m an Intuitive Energetic Healer, Oracle, Soul Guide, Master Certified Coach, and Reiki Master Practitioner. I came into this world deeply sensitive and attuned to what many people could not see. For a long time, I tried to shrink that part of myself so I could belong. Through years of healing, sobriety, spiritual study, and working with children and families, I came to understand that my sensitivity was never the problem. It was part of my gift.
For more than three decades, I have devoted my life to deep inner healing, spiritual exploration, and helping sensitive people remember the wholeness already within them.
Today, I support sensitive, highly attuned, neurodivergent, and autistic adults and children—and the families who love them.
My work weaves together decades of experience in child and youth care, trauma-informed practice, intuitive guidance, coaching, and energy healing. I attune to each person’s unique energy with care, intuition, and deep respect.
